Doesn't help when our own people post without thinking, giving our demented neighbours a chance to call us delusional.
Perhaps the Indian military exercises are a screaming testament to their unpreparedness and battle hardiness. Perhaps these exercises are being conducted with the goal of training their forces so as to reduce the chances for yet another embarrassing performance.
Perhaps Pakistani military exercises were in the plans already, and they just began them early as a contingency measure whereby should India try to do something stupid our forces are already battle ready instead of being caught by surprise sitting in the barracks.
I personally don't think Indian military is ready to take on another conflict against Pakistan at present. But then again, that's only my assessment and historically many militaries have committed blunders that makes us scratch our head at the sheer amount of their foolish over confidence or complacency.

Trump clearly said 'sort of shot down', clearly emphasizing that it was probably hit mid-air by missile's fragments after it exploded near the jet, the jet probably dodged the direct impact of our PL-15... all speculations tho

As far as I know, the threat is still there. I don't think that the Bihar elections will have any impact on indian war hysteria. I heard many saying the same thing again and again. Heavy GPS jamming is going on near Delhi and Mumbai. Who knows what's next? Anything is possible. When the attack happened in May, it was swift. Damage is part of war, but hiding it puts unnecessary pressure. This is what happened to BJP. India wants to take revenge for all indian fighter jets lost in May. I am expecting an indian attack during the Bihar elections.

If you happen to live in Karachi, you by default become "battle hardened". I was born in that city, It was good time back then, peace and truly city of lights but unfortunately saw that transition where if even you enter the mosque, you will be always looking over your shoulders of unknown danger. Managed to scape to Islamabad, lo and behold, actual rockets start flying around when Ojri camp was lit up. Karachi in particular, Pakistan in general is full on action, as to hindutva, its good to fantasize in their Bollywood, but Pakistan is a chaos which has potential to consume the powers to be, these rats are nothing.
