Spadas are just Aspide missiles (italian sparrows) and they are still in service with tons of countries and afaik both they and their chinese copies are still in service and production

not that old and has shown its importance , iirc we bought 10 batteries +750 missiles for 450m euros , shouldnt be too expensive to buy more

There was the Spada CIWS plan but no more new inductions, Spada was basically the only point defence PAF bases had especially down center/South where the AD coverage was abysmal.

I suspect the Sky dragon 50 is one of the systems we have gotten.

Well if they attack Paf airbases their bases will also be targeted in all probability with not only subsonic but also supersonic cruise missiles of Pakistan. It's a two way street bro.

From our presser, it looks like we are also trying to fix our weakness. New Sam, new supersonic cruise missiles is a good beginning. I think we need China as a partner in order to jointly develop some kind of long range hypersonic cruise missile. Russia has given too much to India. They shared the technology that's why you can see India working on new long range cruise missiles. We need similar exposure and our Chinese friends must teach us how to create this type of missiles.

I still think that we need j-16. Russia is already fighting a war.
License issue can be solved cheaply if we try. J-16 can fire anything and it's an amazing jet. You can see china prefers it because of the range of missiles that it can carry in large numbers.

New Sam is also a good step. Anything that can defend airbases is an effective way to defeat Indian nefarious designs.

We need Shahed style drones in large quantity always pointed towards major Indian cities. If we can locally design and develop in 5-7k with 700km range.

Imagine 5000 Shaheds stationed outside Karachi always pointed towards Mumbai. It will be a non-nuclear MAD scenario preventing any more Langoor misadventures and it will only cost us 25-30m.
