Very well written and I really enjoyed reading it. Recently, in an NDTV program, Air Marshal Kapoor said they were told by the Americans that Pakistan was going to up the escalation ladder and launch a massive strike. This was conveyed to the Indian leadership, and according to him, that was the reason India begged for a ceasefire. My question, which we haven't discussed on this forum yet, is: what was that Pakistani response? Was it a ballistic missile strike?

What he said was as us said pak was preparing for escalation they did preemptive strikes on pak airbases.Which is really new SOP from indian point of view.It was a big move which would have lead to bigger escalation if pakistan really responded with saturated missile attack which they did not .

So what has caused all and sundry on the tindooo side to revisit and change May 2025 events after 15 months. Everyone from their moot-tubers to AF ofc to even ex CDF?

Looks like all got the same memo to create a script around Kirana Hills and Bholari.

Its more for independence day optics .But the attack on kirana hills which was confirmed now leads to belief that that was signal to pakistan leadership that india would do preemptive strikes on pak nuclear sites if situation arises.

I know the chronology of 10th May is much more clear now but I never understood why response wasn't entirely handed to PAF in the early hours.

A larger package of aircraft firing stand off weapons may have done a lot more than Fatah.

Still, the cost on them was enough. I think this tale of 'surgical strikes' is over.

cost on them wasn't enough, hence theyre preparing for next attack and have lots of money to fund pti, bla, tta , ttp and other traitors sitting in western world.

Until the enemy is totally crushed, this war isn't stopping as they are desperate for win and to inflict damage on Pakistan, and God forbid, if they get upper hand they won't be giving offramps or ceasefires, they will destroy Pakistan and its territory

our side keeps giving them offramps and agrees to shitty ceasefires and doesn't appear to have resolve to hit them and crush their fucking economy, this is what pisses us off.

Trivia: Saab inventory keeps rotating base to base. Good luck knowing which base or hangar houses one. I didn't know that either. The thing can fly for 11 hours straight so who knows which base it flew from.

I wonder what was/is the psychological impact of May 2025 air battle have on PAF and IAF pilots, it must be very stressful for pilots on both sides, flying itself is very stressful let alone going into the largest air battle in last 50 years. That must've taken its toll on pilots and i hope that resources are available to rectify that.

The biggest L for us in that battle was that the eventual strategic confusion that Sidhu must have felt after downing a few jets, whether he goes full pitbull or restrain his pilots, where he chose the latter. I believe when he must have been quizzed about his decision, both inside and outside of PAF, he must have said he did not know how much was too much. The office of CDF, which brings all fighting arms under one command should rectify these glitches.....
