Pakistan responded after a day back in 2019. I think so far Pakistan has not initiated the response. I am not hearing any news where india proper is attacked by Pakistan. The indian jet(s) being down could be due to high air alert. Pakistan may respond after a day or two after assessing the damage done in indian strikes like last time. The border skirmishes might continue in the meantime.
