Nothing is within the realm of impossibility. It's a risk vs. reward situation. Does Pakistan feel the need to expose her aircrews to this risk to press on attack? I cannot say but the risk is there given the dense AD environment.

Nobody is agitating at all for risking air crews over Indian mainland.

Fire the short range missiles from their ground platforms. A missile barrage MUST happen. USA won't stop it, at least not today.

I don't think Pakistan will do that. This IWT abeyance is hot air. India neither has the technical wherewithal to hold back water nor does it have a moral, historical or legal precedence to do what its bag of hot air (Modi/Godi) claim.

Funnily enough, this might actually push for a more united EU, as France has always been the biggest obstacle. This might put enough pressure on the French to finally back down.
