Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

I just find it extremely funny how Indians of all people, Indians ask for evidence acting as if they are extremely objective people, never swayed by what anyone says but the evidence they bring to the table.

1. Your government without any evidence just launched missile strikes on a nuclear armed nation, Where was your call for evidence then?

2. Christina Fair, we all know where her leanings are, she -- infront of Indian high ranking officials, a program which is still on youtube, she categorically denied the claims of your airforce and basically called you liars to your face. Did you ask your airforce for the evidence of their claims ?

3. For now there have been videos circulating as well as international news agencies like the reuters that have asked YOUR people to comment and they have accepted the loss of material in shape of a few jets .. and your still like .. Where is the evidence?
Don't take Raja Hindustani too seriously.

Do we have any proof that these were NOT Mirage 2000 and were Rafale?
I guess we will never get to know, unless
Expect disappointment if you are looking for some major response.
The measured has been given, lives for lives taken back in multiples along LoC.
It is enough to offer a de-escalation ladder to India.
Agreed, neither side is gonna accept defeat no matter what more they do. India are gonna celebrate the attacks as a win while downplaying the Rafales going down. Pakistanis are gonna celebrate the expensive Rafales going down and the white flag on Indian post as the wins, while downplaying India's attacks.

As of now, both could not get a better chance to close the issue down. Both sides' media are celebrating that the other side has been defeated based on the above. People on both sides are satisfied with their own stories.

There is no PR or Military benefit to escalate from here onwards. Modi got his election scoring point, Pak Establishment got the much needed support from the public. Yes Pakistan can retaliate but it will just start the whole story again, with the same PR results on both sides. Its better to let this go and Pakistan should now move to taking legal actions against IWT, that is the actual issue.

Let me ask you guys this. Realistically, what areas in Makboza Kashmir or Hindustan will account for a proportionate response from Pakistan? Keeping in mind that civilian casualties should be avoided at all cost.

So Indians killed our civilians in mainland Pakistan. Are we not to attack mainland India too? Or is it just occupied Kashmiris whose land will get the heat?

Both sides' media are currently saying that the other side has been defeated based on above claims. People on both sides are satisfied with their own stories.

There is no PR or Military benefit to escalate from here onwards, for either side. Modi got his election scoring point, Pak Establishment pulled a large section of population back to its support. Both seems to have won in the PR aspect. Yes Pakistan can retaliate but it will just start the whole story again, with the same PR results o both sides. Its better to let this go and Pakistan should now move to taking legal actions against IWT, that is the actual issue.
So what you are implying that India attacking places of Worship is a new normal. What's next? Terrorist camps hiding in Badshadhi masjid or Faisal Masjid? How do you put a stop to this? By hitting them where they don't expect. The time is now!

Who told you this? NSC has not met yet... So please wait for GOP to formulate their response. Don't make silly comments like this.

How come we can not afford ? if you compare this with 2019, India formations lunch bombs and escape, Pakistan response was nothing the night of Balakot, understandably so because 1)chasing their strike package could mean PAF caps would get ambushed, 2)Have to wait for the damage assessment.
Now this incident is different because India hit Mosques in densely populated area, 24 strikes on 3-4 targets, 8-15 people died as result.
This time we chase them, and saw the whole action unfold during the night, now ISPR said there will be a respond at time of our choosing, I don't think that ISPR second press conf claim the whole action on previous night as " Response " that they claim, so will they backtrack from their statement? we'll have to wait and see.
Because right when they hit it they handed over dossiers claiming all these locations were terrorist hideouts - linking to internationally declared terrorist orgs - and in it claimed they did their best by using small munitions to avoid civilian causalities.

They had additional targets - and as they tried to force in have been brought down in the process. Then they pivoted to thinking of activating cold start but without the ability to push PAF out are nervous about launching their strike corps on just SAM cover.

If you hit them - they will disregard caution and this goes well beyond this and their numbers ensure that they will prevail in places while you hold them in others.
Both sides bleed but they have a lot more sustaining resources than you.

So either you will cave then, or launch nukes - either way the calculus is bad but there is a mix of hawkish egos on both sides along with wanting a face saving withdrawal which everyone including all your allies are pushing.

Anything military should be attacked with missiles if you don't wanna attack their civilian infrastructure

Emotions are understandably high. The response has to be measured and proportionate. I trust the professionalism of the war fighters. Let's see what they come up with.
