Reports about India attacking Neelam Jhelum Hydro project in very concerning. If this precedent set in, tomorrow Terbela and Mangla can be attacked under the pretext of hitting some terror camps there. Pakistan's response is a costly option in view of inevitable escalation but it seems that is is also unavoidable one now. Pakistan can't afford to allow India to set a new normal like this.

But India has understood that if they do war crime of attaching the dams then no dam will survive in India
