Nope, they are not gonna retaliate. downing Indian jets is good, but IF we do not show images of blasts happening in Indian cities, then Indian govt and public, both will start treating Pakistan in a way no worse than Israel treats Palestine. If you do not punch a bully in the face, they will never stop their bullying.

Completely agree with this. No response will have huge negative implications for Pakistan in the long run and we can't be afraid of getting a bloody nose or being hit. If we dont stand up for this, we will be out of the game forever.

India deserves a military response and we need to attack similar number of targets. If we responded to Iran for their stupidity earlier, its even more incumbent on the govt to respond to Indian aggression.

Bhai we are fighting and taking risk for what? the history proves that any 2 nations find peace after major wars, so if our respond force India to start a full scale war so be it, its not like Pakistan will break into pieces, Ukraine is holding up good against Russia, Plus from a purely strategic view If India invade Pakistan they need to have 3:1 ratio, plus their losses will be double, Pakistan can easily halt their advance and than launch their own offensive, but it won't even come to that as big powers and UN will stop the war, when both countries will sit in UNSC and explain their side of stories, we can negotiate IWT, India's role in Balochistan, etc but if we do nothing than India will claim victory, there won't be any normalization between Pakistan/India, plus more Attacks will surely happen in Kashmir and in years if not months we will be discussing the exact same thing over again.

indians were killed in a disputed territory. They were in an area where they knew it was not safe. I don't condone those killings but they were killed in a disputed territory. Few years back mountain trekkers / climbers were killed in Pakistan too at the hands of terrorists which Pakistan believes are indian sponsored. Happens in places of conflict and dangerous areas.

However, indian response is an attack in mainland Pakistan, killing Pakistanis.

If Pakistan doesn't respond to missile attacks in it's mainland, it will mean that we tacitly accept terrorists were hit in these missile strikes and we harbor and facilitate terrorism.

It is not about emotions or aggression, it is about the indian modi narrative, if downing few indian jets is considered response enough then current Pakistani decision makers are paving way for attacks in Pakistan's mainland to be a norm.

Yes, bullying will continue. Pakistan will be the punching bag. A good distraction for any political leader to gain popularity. This has consequences beyond our immediate future.
