Going into a full fledged war will not address Pakistan's strategic interests. Thus the need for a well thought-out response. Let the other side stew in anticipation.

It is not even about a full fledged war... nor nukes flying. India simply does NOT have the capacity and capability to force a change... win.

IT IS A DOCTRINAL DIFFERENCE!

* Showing restraint to an aggressor. Knowing they WILL NOT.
* NOT AIMING FOR A WIN.
* Dwelling on and often projecting weakness.

Once you do that you call for an attack, make situation worse, give false signal. Prompt an unfavorable decision by a dithering aggressor. In hindsight Pakistan gave and provided every reason for this situation to occur. And still putting the burden on the aggressor to relent, asking him to think about the future, and our nukes. That deterrent value withers away EVERYTIME it(the word) is used!

Pakistan has missed a feather in the cap by never following through, afraid of own shadow, skimping and dithering in every way possible to provide an unstable picture where weakness is cherished. I cannot even write the number of options and escalation dominance scenarios that Pakistan can achieve, not only that goad a response... however, that needs an aim and a set goal.
Laissez faire attitude, hoping against hope for the aggressor to be fair never happens. The world right now is sitting through a clear-cut manifest genocide, theft and annihilation of people by a colonial aggressor of the Gazans and sealed their lips... chained their hands and feet.

This is not an outcome that Pakistan as a people seek or want. Indians are not a people ... it's a crowd held hostage by a loud mouth midget, who cannot, could not fight his whole life himself should his own life depended on it. Yet he screams and the whole crowd goes into a trance.

The purpose of my statement was usage of correct terms, yours is regarding a military action, it makes no sense. I have an opinion on that matter as well but please at least provide a relevant reply, have we Pakistanis become this dumb?

Regarding your statement, I couldn't give a damn, I'll buy a plane ticket and wait for everything to blowup to high heaven, whilst I feel my skin being burnt away from my bones. I happily accept that outcome.
