It seems Pak has targeted Jammu airbase ?

Bluster - but yes the challenge is how to “avenge” that will send the right message on social media and world media and diplomacy on both sides that says that poor 3 year old child score has been settled.

Pakistan state does not want civilian casualties despite their own. It’s plain principle
State jb apne pharka skti hai to India ka to masla nahi hona chaiye!

Media is saying air defence was struck in Lahore, not army base. Can you confirm?
Dude there is no attack here. No sound, no alarms , no sirens . I am literally vaping on the balcony on the 6th floor of my apartment complex ... from which i can see the entire city. Nothing on Local Media ( unlike the attacks on madrassa few days ago). I

Faaz 1 and 2 are mixed with a Turkish project, so we should be seeing results soon

It's questionable whether it would be equal to the PL-15 but we can hope as Turkeys own project has invested a lot

But they will also be the basis of SAMs and if we can make them in house and cheap then conflicts like this will become even more dangerous for Indian airforce
it doesn't need to be PL15
I believe the best case scenario would be to a variant of or above PL12 range.. say Faaz 1 and one in between PL12 and PL15 say faaz 2.
we can have Faaz 3 if needed or simply use PL15 off the shelf.
A modern Faaz 2 with 150 to 160 km range, highly manoeuvrable and with dual seeker should be enough for our needs. This should theoratically be cheaper than PL15 and can be used in numbers.
we must not get into the race for top of the line missile... as a near top missile with range toping sd10a/b, a high flight hours life, and a better kill ratio while being cost effective, is all we need to serve our needs. Chinese are not as affordable as they used to be.

My parents hopped onto the Indian news channels and couldn't last 5 minutes. These guys are going manic, however, it's working- because on social media a lot of people are gullible (non-Indians too)- they're falling for the Indian rhetoric. Unfortunately, they're dominating with their own version of events.
There are 2 billion of them. We were never wining the social media front.

The poonch civilian casualty says otherwise.

They're claiming blasts in karachi coastal area man I'm here fishing.

Just checked with my brother in Karachi if people are really worried there. He said 'not at all'. He is right now taking mom out for the usual ride, chai or ice cream like every evening.

Pakistan reserves right to act in self-defence: PM Shehbaz tells US secretary of state

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif received a telephone call from US Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Thursday, according to a press release from the prime minister’s office.

PM Shehbaz reaffirmed Pakistan’s resolve to defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity and stressed that Pakistan reserved the right to act in self-defence under Article 51 of the UN Charter, the statement read. He also appreciated President Trump’s concern over the current security situation in South Asia.

According to the statement, the PM conveyed Pakistan’s strong condemnation of India’s missile and drone strikes, which had led to the loss of 31 lives and injured 57 others, alongside damaging civilian infrastructure.

“India’s attacks had violated Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, while gravely jeopardising peace and stability in the South Asia region,” the PM was quoted as saying.

According to the statement, Secretary Rubio noted that the United States was closely following the situation in the region “as it was committed to promoting peace and stability”. He emphasised the need for both Pakistan and India to work closely to de-escalate the situation.
