Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

We are from Azad Kashmir. Why would we not state that as part of our identity? We have our own state and our own govt.

Don't be jealous though, they are all chutiya too.
Yes you're right bro, no hard feeling

Once again, India is forced by nature to open the gates of dams after it pledged not to allow the passage of a "drop of water" to Pakistan

On May 8, after India closed the gates of one of the major dams on the Gilum River and cut off the water supply from Pakistan, it suddenly had to open two gates of the dam. Indian media reported that this came due to heavy rains in the region, which caused the accumulation of water and landslides, forcing the authorities to open the gates to drain the water.

I have seen protests in places such as the UK, where ajk people have protested saying that Pakistan is "occupying" them and not allowing them to build infrastructure, taking electricity etc. There are some Pakistanis who I have met who say they are from Azad Kashmir, rather than saying they are Pakistani, which to me sounds like they are trying to distance themselves from Pakistan.
As a descendant of second generation Kashmiris from Mirpur, Azad Kashmir, like a lot of people in the UK, yes, we have our issues with the politics of Pakistan...heck, look at Pakistani politics itself and see how we can be at each others necks most of the time...but I'll guarantee you this...hell may freeze over, but there'll never come the day that any Kashmir in his/her right mind would ever want to be part of India, no matter how bad things get in Azad Kashmir or Pakistan.

If a "independent" Kashmir would be pro Pakistan, why would they become independent in the first place and not join Pakistan directly?

You really don't know what's going on in Kashmir, do you? India will never allow an Independent Kashmir in the first place so the question of an 'independent Kashmir' is too hypothetical to answer and there is 80+ year history behind that.
Anyway, much water has literally and proverbially flown under the bridges of River Ravi to debate the history. Only a war or some sensible govt in India could fix the problem.

Victory has a thousand stake holders, failure is orphan.....

The Turkish media is abuzz with the PAF's lashing down the IAF like a rabid dog. Some are claiming it's due to ASELSAN KORAL, and some are claiming it's due to the Turkish missiles! Strange....

I think nobody is now feeling proud to be Bharat's defense partner....

As a mod you should have done better. A little fact check would have brought out that Indian authorities had closed the gates for desilting purposes. It was also openly reported by many Pakistani media.

From the day one, the claim of “not even one drop” was made by only illiterates and not any informed person. Even the Indian government had just suspended the IWT. That did not entail “not even a drop of water”.

India has already identified ground targets in different parts of pakistan..( you may disagree whether they were terrorist or not).
The goal was to destroy those..Which was done successfully..

Do you realise that the 5 IAF jets that were knocked out, they were flying deep into India, 80 - 100 Kms inside India's own airspace? So when you bombed Pakistani civilian infrastructure from well within your airspace, you got knocked out, while flying in your own sovereign airspace? Do I have to explain in other way or you understood what that implies?

They're literally admitting to intentionally sharing false information. This is how you know they are losing. Can't wait for ISPR's words to come true.

Incredible admission by an Indian on Twitter and duly noted by others.
As they say in Urdu language "Jhoot ke paun nahin hote" (lies have no feet). If the mighty Israeli propaganda failed in last 18 months during the Gaza conflict, Indians are rookies comparatively.
