Most likely PL15E based on the serial number which clearly says PL15E. So until today you still cannot accept a Rafale getting shot? FFS, the Indian government denied Teaboy Abhi was captured for days until he got paraded.

Here is the thing. If the Americans do provide F-35s to India, and Pakistani ISI gets hold of technical information from within India, then Pakistan is under "no" obligation to protect that information and it can give it to the likes of the Russians and Chinese. Anything the Americans give has to be with a view that Pakistan can penetrate India to get the intelligence it needs for its security needs. F-35 is basically a compromised platform once it is given to India, even if the Americans sell a 'monkey' variant to try and protect some secrets.

China already knows much about it but the US continues to improve it. India also knows much about F-16 but Indian Air Force could not down even one in a fight. Jet fighters can be continuously updated but they are a part of the equation. Indian Air Force has shortcomings in the EW and ISR domains (see). The US will not just provide a jet fighter but push for organizational reforms and transformation for it to work but Indians are not mentally up for it yet. They are not comfortable with American RULES in place. French do not tell what Indians need to do. This is the difference.

Worth noting that all what you see here is civilian traffic. Indian Airforce could be active within this zone.
