Even today - i saw the news on the BBC - A defense expert said to have the losses that India have had when they were the aggressors was next level. I dont know if its the basic training or just pure incompetence bro - but its rife in their systems and procedures. Perhaps thats why suicide is so high in their flanks.....

I think that is a psychological state of a loser's mind. Indian pilots are not well trained, equipment is never well maintained, and upgrades are rarely done, cost cutting measures, underestimating the Pakistani airforce by looking through the scope of economic and political situation, plus terrorism inside Baluchistan, they might think the military is stretched too thin to counter Indian aggression.
Imagine Mirage 2000 parked for ages, because the maintenance contract was not signed /renewed for years. In contract besides parts and services also provide weapons. And Indian mentality is known, pay less and get more.
