No. What you saw with the Indian attacks on our air bases was in response to the Pakistani strike. When DGISPR communicated the news of Pakistani operation, those strikes had already been pressed home by the Pakistani side on Indian targets. Otherwise operational security would be compromised.

Those flights are estimates as flightradar lost data tracking of them, once they get their signal again it will update to the correct position.
