The standards in Pakistan are rock bottom compared to India.

Pakistan has Khwaja Asif and Ishaq Dar talking to international media. Pakistanis consider Bilawal, Moeed Yusuf and SMQ to be world class spokespeople but they are chicken feed compared to Jaishankar, Shashi Tharoor and India's best.

The standard in Pakistan is that if someone can speak a complete English sentence without stuttering then they are considered a genius communicator.

I love this post. I would rather take someone with a strong accent and limited command of English so long as they are competent in their field.
