Forgive me for speaking frankly, I think this ceasefire is just a brief pause in time. India's goals are very clear. Pakistan has defended itself, but the lack of offensive means has prevented it from forming a highly effective deterrence against India. As for India's advocacy of multi-layered defense, it is groundless. Just look at Iran's thousand mile attack on Israel and the Houthi armed missile strike, we know that future attacks and defenses are already asymmetric. Attack is the best defense。The era of peaceful economic development is no longer here. Building the economy while preparing for war is probably a microcosm of this era

I am hoping for peace but under current circumstance, I can already sees that both country will enter a new round of military build up, India would not heisated anymore and ditched additional Rafale for airforce and turn to su-57 or F35 and PAF J35, then how long would this kind of peace last.

PAF defintely had a big win in this against a numerically superior enemy and IAF clearly thought there were superior judging from the first night attack but not anymore after that, and hopefully these machine can deter Indian from any further misadventure.

Again, kudos to the PAF and Pakistan people in this unequal fight.

Our establishment just turned entire Pakistan into LOC. Nect time even a phataka goes off in india they will blame us and bomb our cities like Lahore and Islamabad without any concerns. We have lost strategically.

I fear that might be the case. But it's not entirely a bad thing. If the enemy is bold enough to repeat thier actions, establishment will be forced to deal with properly.
