Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

Short answer is 'No!'. And I think the West already saw how sub par Indian performance is compared with its potentials.
India should be the America (of the 1950s) in the Indo Pak Subcontinent but the reality is different.
India is only a call center or a human exporter for the world businesses now.

I thought I was the only one to wonder but that Yemeni guy also brought up the same point - that there must be some bigger motive behind what Banyaland did - a nudge from somewhere to 'check it out'.

A terror attack happens in Kashmir and they straight away prepare for attacking Pakistan. Not a raid across LOC but strikes all over the country. I find it hard to buy the whole story as it is.

I am aware Modi and his Hindutva are rabid dogs and they are blinded by their hatred. But, in trying to teach Pakistan a lesson, he is also putting a lot at stake. This could spiral out of control to become a question of existence for both sides.

He is not stupid to take such a huge risk just to avenge an attack in an area which is prone to attacks anyway. Nor is he that big of a moron to underestimate Pakistan's capabilities or its will to defend itself.

Then Why?

You can do better as a think tank.
I understand your support to your side, then you could have kept quiet for the time being and opened up later.

As a Think Tank, your assessment that losses were there only on one side, in clashes of this scale, might make people stop having faith in the word Think Tank.

There are bound to be losses of significant proportions on both the sides.

Those can’t be compared objectively, one to one, but overall the damage on ground is likely to be evenly comparable.

Fanboys and Bhakts have a different mindset and they turn a loss also in victory but anyone with a level head would know this fact.
I'm strictly talking about air losses, and anyone can tell that much.

My statement is factually correct. If Pakistan had lost a fighter jet, I'd talk about it.

For example, I do not deny that Pakistan suffered material damage on its military infrastructure, I've seen video evidence of it.

I do my best to remain factual, and have called out fake news posted in this very thread about Indian losses.

War on terror would have happened anyway. Musharraf had maneuvered Pakistan through the mess.

He should have been more forceful in resisting the invasion that brought the instability, while at the same time convincing the Talibs to expel the AQ and all foreigners in Afghanistan and convince them that it was in the best interests of everyone. The Talibs would have never turned over Bin Laden to the US, but they could have been convinced to at the very least get rid of them from Afghan soil turn him over to the Saudis, his country of origin and let the saudis worry about this mess. China could have been brought in to leverage.

Thats what brought the invasion, the inability to act forcefully enough to get the talibs to comply as well as not really putting up much of a resistance to the US to reconsider the invasion. Why? b/c he was always a loyal dog. He wanted to remain in power and he felt he needed US patronage.

That clip of him in secret talks with American lobbyists("I need to come back to power" asking them to arrange xyz) for support to bring him back to power, thats tells you everything about this man, and whose patronage he was under and responded to.

No, there were many many steps before it could even remotely get nuclear, infantry and armour didn't even engage. We could have exacted a more costly price.
In case of India and Pakistan, infantry and Armour engagement is pretty much the step that is nuclear. Why do I say this? It's because of th3 low nuclear threshold that both nations have. An invasion into mainland will likely lead to nuclear strikes, especially on Pakistan's side with low grade nuclear capable tactical missiles.

So no, the next step would be nuclear.

This IAF female story seems complete hoax and this narrative that not disclosing her as POW was a pre condition to cease fire is more ridiculous.

Let's assume for a moment it is true and Pakistan agreed not to declare her as POW. Question is why there is not a single image or video recorded by common citizens? Where is wreckage of her aircraft? There is no explanation. Furthermore, it was India who approached US for ceasefire so how could India was in position to set any pre condition? Doesn't make sense at all.
by the way, IAF can show her in press conference
