@RescueRanger had written in this thread that India already violated it after Trump's tweet but Pakistan is showing restraint.

My fear is that this may be a temporary patchup at Trump's request for his Middle East trip and the fighting may flare up once he leaves.

I heard somewhere that Turkey was willing to put it's S400 under US surveillance to join the F-35 program again. Now that I write it out, that sounds absurd. Can anyone else confirm hearing something along these lines?

Edit: Might have been putting S400 in storage or something.

Geopolitical considerations - Trying to balance Erdogan's push with Russia instead of caving into US needs. Otherwise Turkey would not be trying to get back into the F-35 program.
