Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

I've seen this kind of behavior a lot in retired generals and other army personnel. I mean, why get cocky after retirement, huh? Very brave if you ask me.
Brother it is a form of mental illness, imagine you spend 20/25 years of your life working up the ladder as a senior career officer and then when you retire after 30/35 years of service and end up in civilian life you miss people saluting you and listening to everything g you say and calling you sir.

This drives you mad and it also makes you somewhat insane.

The PL-17 reaches 6.6m in length and weighs over 1.5t. can the J-10C use it? I seriously doubt the authenticity of this picture.

@Comment in follow up to "Karachi" Bakery attack in India by Hindutva fanatics

One point the fanatics don't understand is the Bakery existed pre-partition , and city names don't change often. So Karachi still exist
The Bakery celebrates a joint past

Unsure why there would be an issue ?

We have British Era buildings in Pakistan Government maintains it as historical sites
  • Railway is symbol of British Empire
  • Empress Market is symbol of Busy Market place in Karachi
  • Pakistanis do accept that British era is part of our history
  • Polo , Cricket are legacy of British Era
  • Independence came thru British Era Political process

We have Turkish Era , Bathing centers in Palace location , being renovated and displayed for historical purpose, Gift to regional leaders

We have Persian Language Heritage sites , as Persian was quite common in Lahore area , I did not knew how extensively Persian was used in Pakistan even in early days of Pakistan

Shalimar Bagh (Shalimar Bagh) I believe celebrates the Garden culture of Persians heritage , there is architectural similarities

The Islamabad mosque is connection to Istanbul Mosque

Just because after Partition Pakistan-Bangladesh(East Pakistan) , and India formed it does not mean they can't still celebrate past regional history

Partition was meant to create "Administrative Separation" , not necessarily a separation of People to People relation

In modern Times with Hindutva Fanatic mindset , it seems they don't believe in People to People relation
  • They don't see anyone else accept their own needs
  • They tend to bully folks with opposing views
  • Often the bullying is one in form of Mob violence

If in Pakistan someone bought Bombay Biryani Masala and cooked Biryani , no one would have any issue except , if it is served with cold Cola drink with ice

We often hear about Dish called Bihari Kabab in Pakistani hotels
I don't think anyone has any issue with the name, even knowing Bihar is in India

I like to hear pro-Pakistani version as much as anyone else but this guy Mushahid Hussain Syed is so over the top in his praise for previous Pak generals and so obvious in his exaggerations that I find him annoying.

According to him, Turkey, Pakistan, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia and 'middle powers' (whatever that means), Erdogan and Trump are practically having sleepovers, Israel will disintegrate as a country shortly, and all sorts of other global prophecies where it is clear he has ZERO knowledge. ZERO.

As we say, bohat lambi chorta hay.
I know man but things change slowly while Mushahid's enthusiasm makes it seem as imminent.
However, I fully agree that India's role at world stage has diminished. India has been a blue-eyed US ally and getting attention in EU (due to the US), Russian oil, S-400, etc, as the US thought it could pivot India against China and thus get favourable terms against China.

Now, as Russia has nearly won in Ukraine and allied with China, Trump has 'allied' with Russia. So, it doesn't need India as before.

You have to understand that on this world stage, there are two main heroes. The rest are positioning themselves between them.

Also consider that the entire Central Asia Kazakhstan, Turkmanistan, Tajik, etc are now under Russo-Chinese influence. It is going to be huge.

The TTP have recently been roasted well and proper by drones in the northwest around 55 of them in a si gle day.

I do believe that is a better option than wasting previous human capital with combat in treacherous and unforgiving terrain.

Having worked in Balochistan and KP, drones are a great force multiplier.

brother, these drone strikes have diminishing returns, you kill one, and 10 die, you create 50 more.

He threatened Türkiye with nuclear annihilation 😂

Oh man, I'd love to see them try. Sometimes they forget Article 5 exists. lol

TTP has taken a severe beating recently and forces have upped their games in KPK, terrorism has died down but still ongoing.

Opposite situation in Balochistan where BLA are conducting more severe attacks day by day and carrying out genocide against Punjabis. Several attacks took place in Balochistan today, with only one militant gunned down.

I've also noticed heavy weaponry and gunships being used against TTP when you look into any of the incidents, but not in Balochistan.

We have been fighting them for 20 years and have lost close to 80,000 people from 2000 to 2025.

I myself have lost a relative who was martyred fighting terrorists in SWAT valley.

Traditional ground incursions dont work in the wrong run because we have a large area to cover - these terrorists can melt into Afghanistan, we have fenced off all of the Afghan border, but patrolling it through manpower alone is not efficient or effective.

Its 2025, drones are going g to be the future of combat and warfare.

I also agree that Trump does not see India in such a strategic light as the US deep state or previous admins did. Trump just wants to divide the world into US, Russia, China spheres of influence and focus on his own domain.

This can change again with a change in the US administration thought.

We had deployed drones in Balochistan, just before this war we were carrying out
150 IBOs every day.

If it's CCTV, then it's real. This picture actually proves that the J-10C has far more wing strength and load than we initially expected.
