Very true. I hope the number of J-10s increases to at least 100. In General, the PAF size needs to increase by 25% at least because increasing PAF size means Air Dominance, which means that there is default domination for Army and the navy. Long range Fighters need to be included to cover southern india and even as far a Gulf.

Why should COAS give victory speech and not Air Cheif Marshall?

Victory speech is already given by the Prime minister by the way.
 
As for the PAF, it has no choice but to get 100% into the "show must go on" mood & mode:
