Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

Unless you are inferring something, all chiefs of the services immediately go into their operations directorates/underground facilities, at the onset of hostilities, away from the public limelight for obvious reasons.

This applies to CAS (as seen in the photos) and CNS/CoAS.

With this conflict, Pakistan is certainly seen as a potent military power. The Chinese help will be more and more on the economy and the defense of Pakistan: As I said many times in this thread, for China to help Pakistan is 'Pennies on the Dollar' to keep India in check and to ensure China's Belt and Road stays on course. The trust level between Pakistan and China is so high that China may 'loan' Pakistan a lot of hardware in case of heightened military tensions with India and Pakistan would return when the hostilities would cease. I think even when China was more neutral, as in case of the Kargil War 1999, China had supplied Pakistan with fighter jets in case that became a full blown conflict and Pakistan probably returned those. And today's China is much more hostile to India, thanks to Modi.
And then there are the Turks who just betted on the winning side. The Turks know their weapons would get global attention, just like the Chinese weapons, going forward.
China provide steep discounts on hardware to Pakistan because Pakistan provides the greatest marketing for those hardware.

They all going to have a BP of 200+ like GD Bakshi at this rate.....LOL!!!

Yeah, Pakistanis generally have that effect on people lol :) stubborn and annoying nation :) lol

I remember back in the 2000s when Musharaf was visiting india on his charm spree, the indians back then were telling him what of they just target and attack jihadi camps in Pakistan, and they were serious, he just laughed at them and told them how can you attack a sovereign nation and not expect to be hit back...truly crazy delusional planet these indians live on. They think they are the US.

S400 batteries in Bhuj and Adampur were hit. They stopped tracking PAF aircraft post hits.

He gave a really professional assessment of the INS Vikrant and Poseidon threat, as would be expected of a DCNS in the O branch.
Not being skeptical but don't want to blindly believe everything like Indian media..

If s400 in Bhuj and Adampur were really hit, satellite pics would have been available by now.. especially through the Chinese ones

I am on the fence about it. I thought under both Vajpayee and Manmohan, who were from BJP and Indian National Congress, respectively, Pakistan and India were close to a historic deal in mid 2000s but then Musharraf was toppled and Pakistan got into serious security and political issues starting 2007. So, yes, there were/are seeds for a compromise even in India with Pakistan and hopefully they still exist.
In the end, Pakistanis want their water rights to be secured, Kashmiris to be given enough autonomy and dignity regardless of the boundaries as the boundaries could become meaningless after some period of peace and prosperity in the region, including in Kashmir. Europeans have achieved that.
But for that to happen, the extreme Modi ideology has to be defeated in every way. And hopefully that process has started now. A couple of Pakistani analysts have just said that if there is a non Modi govt in power next time in India then a resolution to the Kashmir problem is very much likely.
You are old school bro, what you said could work out in pre internet era, with todays saturation and manipulation and society foundations laid off in india, it will become only worse, i hope that your optimism be proven correct and my grim attitude about future completely wrong.

Interesting. At the end, when asked about the J-31/35 delivery schedule, he said he has some information but would withhold it for confidentiality reasons.

I'm not saying he's done anything bad, just pointing out this is the first sighting of him. The Indian chiefs weren't seen as well.
