China had a great economy but no military might to match it before the Europeans got to it. They ended up taking almost all of China's silver/gold and waged wars against the Chinese people to be able to sell and spread opium/drugs in their society. That resulted in the 'century of humiliation' for China.
During the Korean War China was very poor and reliant on the USSR for military needs. The Chinese policy makers saw that as a great hurdle. So China began building its military industrial complex with a laser like focus. Once the Chinese MIC was built up and running then they focused on the economy. But they never had or tolerated thieves in positions of power.
The economies of states/countries/nations or even cities are not comparable to a person working a job to earn a living. There are many things a country can do to generate wealth. The most important of which is not tolerating thieves running governments at all levels of a society.
Canada apparently has a great economy even though 45% of the popuation lives in rented homes and is unable to afford to buy a housing property.
Pakistan is not without economy. Also the negative impact of the last 25 years of the so called "War on Terror" and shadow banning of Pakistan companies/firms for decades must be kept in the picture ALONG with the fact that the country has been run by govts of thieves.
Pakistan has great resources, the fact is it is a greatly mismanaged country.

That is not a logical thing to say. It implies that all other nationalities are exclusively disrespectful and too interfering in others' businesses.

The fact that China hasn't even used any weapons besides baseball bat against India, one can imagine if the Chinese actually go to war with India full scale or limited, the damage which even their GODI media won't be able to hide.
