Hindutva have gone too far in hate. Another Hindutva analyst used slurs against Iranian Foreign Minister. The whole Jati and gotra divide and discrimination in Hindu society . Then century old hatred against Muslims gave rise Pakistan movement in 1930. There are 220 million Muslims in India facing discrimination, persecution and alienation.

Nevertheless we cannot underestimate the IAF as the Indians underestimated the PAF and took losses. The Indian jingoistic belief caused them to ignore the reality that Pakistan is an overmatch and can defend itself.
