The J-35A provides what Wang Yongqing, chief researcher at the Aviation Industry Corp of China's Shenyang Aircraft Design and Research Institute, described as "systems coordination" or "multi-domain coordination" in combat, the China Daily reported.
"It [the J-35A] can lock on the targets, share the targets' position with other weapon systems, such as surface-to-air missiles, and even use its own radar to guide other weapons to bring the targets down," he told the state-run newspaper in an interview published on Tuesday.
According to the newspaper, it was the first time the chief designer had "elaborated on" the J-35A jet's role in air defense. He pointed out that the aircraft enables the defense system to detect, track, and intercept targets, while coordinating with other assets within the system.
Wang said development of the J-35A was part of the Chinese air force's efforts to neutralize "high-level threats," including enemy stealth jets.
"Our adversaries will definitely use their stealth aircraft or low-observable cruise missiles to penetrate our air defense networks," he explained, without naming any specific countries.

'It's a SHAME' was Trump's shocking reaction to midnight India's attack on Pakistan on 6th of May. "The world cannot afford a military confrontation between India and Pakistan", was the statement from the UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres. That clearly indicates how the world community was concerned on the reckless actions of the fascist Hindutva government of Modi in India after an apparently false flag terrorist attack in Indian occupied J&K. Even after the first face off on May 6th, in which Indians were able to lob quite a few missiles on nine different locations, including several mosques, in Pakistan and killing more than four dozen innocent people, including children and women, the world community tried its best to defuse the tensions between the two nuclear arch rivals. In particular, Iranian FM first visited Pakistan and then went to New Delhi. Simultaneously, Saudi FM minister visited India first and then headed off to Islamabad. During their meetings in New Delhi, Indian officials were acting more like a boss and tried to dictate their terms and conditions for Pakistanis to follow. Delusionary Indians were seeing the new strategic realities in this region where India was acting as a dominant power dictating others only to obey. And these delusions were not confined to Indian officials only. The Indian media persons active on the social, print, and electronic media were no different. In fact, one of their infamous anchors called the Irani FM as a child of a pig and saying that the Irani minister should have visited India right after the Pahalgam attack and assured his Indian counterpart of Iran’s full support against Pakistan.
Was it just sheer stupidity on part of Indians? Or was it a preamble to their plans during the coming days and weeks regarding this region in general and Pakistan in particular? Why Indians did not listen to the whole world? Modi and his FM personally called their counterparts in more than 70 countries and literally no one agreed to publicly endorse Indian narrative. Why did Indians not accept Pakistani demand for a neutral investigation of the Pahalgam terrorist attack by a reputed third part or agency? All these questions indicate that Indians had already certain plans to cook something sinister and then use it as a justification to kick start the execution of those plans. We Pakistanis initially thought Modi was repeating a similar plan when he attacked Pakistan in Feb 2019, BTW only to get a bloody nose, but then he changed the legal status of the illegally Indian occupied state of J&K on 5 August 2019. This time, we thought Modi was doing all this sinister and reckless behavior merely to tinker with the Indus Water Treaty of 1960 brokered by World Bank. Later it turned out to be much more serious than that.

Many also believed that Modi, after losing 7 fighter planes, including 3 being Rafales, and an Israeli Heron UAV, on May 6thh, will be content with his foul statements regarding the IWT and would finally return to the negotiation table in an attempt to re-negotiate the terms of that treaty. Indians, it seems, felt that they still had many surprises for Pakistan up their sleeves. While Pakistan kept showing a remarkable restrain, Indians resorted to sending drones and then S2S missiles at different locations in Pakistan. This is when the Iranian and Saudi FMs jumped in to induce some sanity in Modi's skull only to get humiliated by Indians. To their bad luck, Indians then attacked three major Pakistani airbases in the early hours on May 10, 2025. That's when the tiger finally roared from Islamabad.
In the first few hours, Pakistan knocked out all Indians airbases and airstrips in the illegally Indian occupied state of J&K and in India along its border with Pakistan. Pakistanis also took out Russian origin S-400 air defense batteries and destroyed strategic Indian storage of BrahMos missiles. As expected, Indian air force did not literally show up for a contest at all. Indians had already moved all their planes to the safety at least 400 Km to the east and away from Pakistan's direct reach. Pakistani drones were roaring over the sensitive locations above New Delhi and even PAF planes flew for about two hours over the Indian capital. Pakistan launched cyber-attacks on critical Indian infrastructure, including the military grids/nodes, rendering them all inoperable. Pakistani hackers even hacked an Indian military satellite that subsequently spun it out of Indian control only to get lost into wilderness of the space. Pakistan also reportedly disabled the Indian system that controls Indian nukes.

Killing of Pakistani innocent lives on 6th of May and then their non-stop belligerent provocations until their attack on the Noor Khan airbase had really pissed off the Pakistani leadership. So, Pakistan unleashed a massive attack on Indian military installations both in Indian occupied J&K and India. Pakistan was about to complete the first phase of its response for getting the air dominance, which it got just within the first few hours. Pakistan had no intention of stopping its hammering of Modi's head. It was then the time to hit India where it hurts the most and that was targeting its economic infrastructure. Pakistan wanted Modi to pay the price for his recklessness actions of 2019 and 2025. We also wanted to set a new norm of Pakistan bringing Indians to their knees even under the nuclear threshold in conventional warfare. In reality, Pakistan wanted to break the backbone of Indian military to render it incapable of challenging or attacking Pakistan's sovereignty again in the foreseeable future.
Modi could not take the heat even for a few hours of Pakistan's hammering in the first level. After realizing to have completely lost the control over the Indian airspace to the PAF, Modi started calling the same capitals that Indians had rebuffed only a few hours earlier. Indians reportedly had to call Washington multiple times to get connected at a barely high level and frantically requested for an immediate ceasefire. Phones then started ringing in Ankara, Riyadh, and Islamabad/Pindi. Finally, Pakistanis agreed to stop punishing and hammering Modi only after all mediating parties and Modi agreed to have meaningful talks for peacefully resolving the Kashmir dispute among others.

Looking at the picture again, the dots nicely get connected, and one gets a chance to have a peek into the Indian thought process or, if appropriately said, Indian madness. It appears that Indians had full plans for a strategic Coup d'état in this region. Their propaganda campaigns on Indian media outlets were running their campaigns according to what was fed to them by Indian officials, including the goons of RSS. They blindly believed that Lahore, Karachi, and Rawalpindi were burning after continuous BrahMos strikes and Pakistan's major airbases get destroyed completely. Thay even imagined a coup against the Pakistani army chief and the Pak PM getting arrested. Indians firmly believed that India would be the sole power in South Asia after Pakistan is militarily defeated and strangulated in this (mis)adventure. It also answers the question of why Indians were so adamant and humiliating to the FMs of Iran and Saudi Arabia and why Indians didn’t take anyone for a restraint seriously. Being a big market, they already had economic clout that they never hesitated to use overtly even against major world powers. Now, in their imagination, they were going to emerge a regional military power too having stakes on the global strategic chess board. After oppressing and suffocating the Indian religious minorities, they aimed at asserting and dictating the world community too.
Pakistan has shattered the dreams of these fascist Hindutva terrorists by beating them like a tied-up monkey. The world should be grateful to Pakistan for saving it from a disastrous fascist Hindutva regime that would have posed an extremely serious threat to the world peace and security as the German Nazis did. There are countless number of similarities in both German Nazis and Hindutva Nazis in terms of ideology (i.e. fascism, hatred, and ultra-nationalism), aims and objectives (i.e. Hindutva supremacy), and means (i.e. using lies, deceptions, and evil as a state policy and tools, exploiting hatred towards others and using democratic process to grab power).
Earlier the world community realizes the seriousness of that threat, better for humanity.
