Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

Dear, i have an utmost respect for your courage and many extreme hardships which have befallen on you.

But, I have to be practical realist to be a truthful. You look things with your very specific eyes and are beholden to your very specific truths!

World does not work that way. Had he really cared about the poor of our country, first thing (and the only thing!) he should have done was to make judiciary dependent (you are not realizing, its magnitude!). If he was a true leader (in my books!), not only he should have gone for indepdent judiciary, that too, at very atomic and quantum level.

Lawyers and judges suck the life out of poor and causes changes in the gravitational pulls of the fabric of the society, that was THE ONLY ACT WHICH MATTERED!
My truth is my people in Pakistan. Maybe your family, or anyone’s family in Pakistan, is part of that truth. I take ownership of every citizen of Pakistan that is my truth. Nothing else matters to me. Even though my own family is safe and sound outside of Pakistan, and I no longer live in Pakistan, that country is still mine. I carry it within me — I live that country inside my soul. Whoever going to hurt citizen of Pakistan is my enemy.

Well, what began as a bold display of might meant to cow Pakistan into never daring a conventional or proxy challenge again has now descended into India frantically insisting it inflicted more damage and killed more Pakistanis than it received in return. A hollow boast, echoing only within its own borders, as the world looks on unimpressed. If this doesn’t scream defeat, then perhaps defeat simply isn’t in your dictionary....

The fact of the matter is, India wildly overestimated its global clout, gravely underestimated its adversaries, and then overplayed its hand with misplaced arrogance, only to have it blow up in its face. ... Everything else is just background noise.
well the thing is that the forces have released pics of explosions at least. even if unverified by sats, there were impacts. simple.

and if nothing happened, why did india agree to a ceasefire?

if the indians can think, maybe they will find the answers.

Can someone please translate what that says?

'Kabhi aao na khushboo laga ke’ is a well known taunt from northwestern Pakistan, poetic on the surface, but often used as a sarcastic challenge that means "Come face the consequences if you dare."... The ‘khushboo’ (fragrance) may be used metaphorically for a final goodbye...

The meme twist ‘sindoor laga ke’ takes a direct jab at India’s failed military Operation Sindoor, ironically named after a sacred symbol of Indian womanhood. It’s not just mockery; it’s layered satire. (the picture doing the rounds is Photoshopped though)

Time for celebration is over. India will not come to battlefield anytime soon but will start planning something with water terrorism.

Time to prepare for all out war if they mess with IWT on ground.
The water diversion threats of India are utter nonsense though. China is planning to store around 27% of water on its own rivers , compared to what India claiming it will stop for Pakistan.

That Chinese project started in 2005 and is expected to be completed in 2045 (again, that's only 27% compared to the water that flows in to Pakistan). Now imagine India trying a 5 times larger endeavor with all its internal fighting, corruption, bureaucracy, etc etc. Modi govt alone might not survive the next elections. After 3 decades of building dams, India hardly stopped water for 1 day at Baglihar and the reservoir started overflowing. Since that day the water is flowing to Pakistan as usual

The most that India can do, is mess around with water's flow, which they have been doing since last 7 decades anyway. They also threatened this back in 2016 and 2019, but nothing happened. Its all political trash talk and Pakistan is also countering it to keep India's propaganda at bay. even if India does it in the next 40 years somehow, they cannot justify it in front of ICJ as a retaliation for some 20 people getting killed. A lot changes in that time and I'm sure Pakistan will take some action by then. It was a move by Modi to win bihar elections and he will get as much humiliated in this insha Allah, as he got in the last 2 weeks.

India can extend Ranbir canal on Chenab and draw more water. This will take many years but Pakistan will have to stop the work before it start.

Apart from that they are thinking about building storage dams which is again against IWT.
