You are absolutely right, I think that the Indians are strateic eunuchs, as things stand now, not to get too carried away.


remember that the pro RSS lobby within India is also very pro America, and therefore they may well be thinking that they are doing some strategic or creative destruction within, such that they start from scratch and go full throttle with American military equipment. If that's the case, America has beautifully positioned India for the second half of the century to be a more direct counter to China, but to what extent will they be willing to indulge the RSS fantasies

However, my point on Saudi is that hopefully the notion that the Saudis will reflexively support Pakistan is long gone, remember that the Saudis are unambiguously tied to the dollar system, with these investments just confirms it even more. They flirted with China on certain things, however it seems like they have made a choice

Then, very importantly Pakistan though it is temporarily seeing a bit of a reprieve, it's actually far more tethered in a way to China's direction, especially on technologies so if you just simply game that out then Pakistani may have different strategic equities going forward

In formal editorial kind of English it would have been: "These are reported manufactured by the China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (CASIC).". Parentheses for abbreviation are norm in formal written English.

President Trump knows it too well the rise of China can't be deterred. So, he might want to get a good deal. His objective isn't globalization and "never ending" wars, so the absolute $ hegemony isn't feasible. Better to share and care as much as required to have a quasi isolationist USA...

A big learning moment. This is a blessing in disguise. This mistake must not be repeated. Pakistan needs to be prepared. The intelligence needs to be up to the mark. A response should be rapid and decisive. Missile development is the need of the hour.

That seems to be plausibly true, as things are right now. However, can the USA ever contemplate anything other than dollar dependency?did he not openly call out BRICS, and state his intention to undermine the organization?

Remember, Putin did display a new currency at the last conference.
