Not discouraged...just a combination of being busy at home and work..or when on a thread the subject being something else...or engaging another topic.
...a well thought out post...starting a separate thread for it..tagging members..
...requires time and effort.

so I just wrote it here as an addition to what Keith mentioned(especially the DF17 missile).

Perhaps u or some other member can take the content from that tweet, my opinion above, and add anything else and create a dedicated thread?

Agree. Indians are aware of their failure and humiliation and desperately trying to convince themselves and the West that they are still worthy of all that Western attention and investment ! Its not just China, the Hindutva needs all that Western cash to realize their Akhand Bharat dream as well. May their dreams always turn into nightmares for them.
