Indonesia's Air Force faced a de facto arms embargo on F-16 fighters from the United States from 1998 to 2006, following human rights concerns and political events related to the 1998 riots. While the U.S. government didn't explicitly ban exports of F-16s, the embargo effectively prevented Indonesia from procuring new F-16s from the United States.

There was a night time video shot by farmers at Bhattinda showing burning wreckage as it had happened. there was another on the Rafale dropping and the MICA igniting afterwards. I should have downloaded them somehow.
