Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

Indians still under illusion no major damage on 10-May.

Various strikes and degree of damage were incurred on Adampur, Udhampur, Pathankot, Jalandar, Gujrat, Rajhastan, Beas, Srinagar.

And then there was possibly an S400 strike in Adampur and Bhuj.

Give it a rest. The IAF went completely out of the picture and operating atleast 200km from the IB. Try to think why that was?

And Pakistan did not bring Nasr, Babar, Ra’ad to the table as yet. Next would have been strikes on airbases near Delhi and Mumbai.

Final verdict:

1. On May 7, IAF did well in striking all ground targets it had selected but lost 3-4 fighters due to PAF DCA

2. On May 10 IAF struck PAF prime bases with satellite images showing damage, however PAF/PA failed to do the same to India as no satellite images showing any proof of damage has been issued (although there was likely some damage to Udhampur station clinic as one medical assistant was killed there).
On May 10:

1. Damage was sustained to equipment and personnel at IAF bases at Udhampur, Pathankot, Adampur and Bhuj.

2. High speed missile attacks causing heavy damages to other military stations at Kupwara, Baramula, Poonch, Rajouri and Akhnoor sectors.

3. Indian armed forces reiterate their commitment to non-escalation.

Source indian MOD brief not a butt hurt gangu tailee (or maybe they are).

indian MOD is very averse to admitting any losses, so admitted losses/damages should be multiplied by 10 at least .

6-0 + S400 radar + Udhampur airbase+ brahmos launchpad etc

We will take some hits on airbase runaways.

@RescueRanger @Oscar @Raider 21
Gents, in regards to how the long range BVR engagement took place, I have been sifting through various articles, videos etc and have arrived at the following conclusion:

1) Ground Based Radar
2) AWACS
3) Fighter aircrafts
4) Mil Sats - real time coverage

A cohesive data link of these 4 elements resulted in a 6+1 result.

Please fell free to correct / add / delete.

Thanks!
If that last part is integrated as well as ground radars and AWACS are with PAF's RAMP...and can be used for things like guiding munitions(whether air to air or air to ground)...
...that would put PAF on par with some of the best air forces on earth...possibly ahead.

I remember reading a few years back...US attempting to use satellites to track targets(like radar does) and bouncing information from one satellite to the next to keep on the target.

No. Its much simpler than that. Because no one in India gets fired or denied in promotion if military capabilities suffers. Because no elections are lost due to military losses. However, if a corruption scandal is found, everyone suffers. So no one is willing to get stuff for military and can is kicked further and further till India loses something major. Then all of a sudden things are done becauses elections and necks are on sword.

When that happens, leaders push and things happen.

When 62 happened, Nehru died out of stress. Then 65 happened. Shastri died out of stress. End of Gandhian stupidity happened. Indra Gandhi took lessons and suddenly military was a priority. India raised a mountain division to keep China at bay. Relationship with Russia was cultivated. Soviet hardware entered in India in big numbers. The same hardware is in still in use till date. Then 71 was a big success. 74 test was a success. Then entire nation was lulled.

Same thing happen with Rajiv Gandhi. He was Nehru part 2. Fortunately he was assassinated for his stupid decisions in Sri Lanka. Next Prime Minister took things more seriously and his focus lead to 98 test. Bajpeyi was Nehru part 3. He was caught blindsided in 1999. Then he expedited Sukhois. Still too little too late to prevent disasterous Op Parakram after attack on Parliament.

Then came Manmohan... He completely neglected military and internal security & focused purely on economy. Then major incidences happened. 2008 Mumbai attack. 2010 Dantewada naxal ambush leading to biggest number of crpf forces killed. He was Nehru part 4.

Modi is a continuation of similar series. He is Nehru 5. He focuses on socialistic spending for winning elections and military projects or purchases are least of his bother. Fortunately his partner Shah is hard on internal security and he does what he can for that front. He has been killing threats in and out of India.

India spends only 1.9% of GDP on defence. Most goes for wages and pensions. If they only boost it to 2.5% that will be 24 billion dollars each year extra. They can fix a lot pretty fast.

I guess either Modi will suffer something himself or India will again lose something big --equipment do no matter here for Modi etc to take defence seriously.
Pardon my ignorance but your stance above indicates lack of leadership when it comes to strategic decisions. In the current state, whom do you think might be the good leader to lead India?

The satellite pictures of the jets downed, airfield damage, S400 cheese board will come slowly and surely. Don’t you guys worry.

Pakistan will make sure this hurts for the long run.

Yeh kia hoa. That gangu tailee disappeared after listening to his own MOD’s brief?

Sneaky bastards keep crawling back to build a false narrative on a pack of new lies every second day to stroke their tiny…

ego…. I was going to say ego!😂 😉

Blinded by hyper nationalism.

Not willing to buy MoD message. No amount of pictures will convince your kind.

Meanwhile, get ready for justifications of IA personnel dying through road accident mishaps one by one.

The MoD statement said limited damage, which could even mean burst window panes and damaged street lights and water tanks.
Anways Inwill repeat what I said
Not a single satellite picture supporting Pak claims of damage.

In 21st century words don't matter, pics do.

Even Pak ISPR said multiple times they do not want war. That is just standard lingo by both sides to please muricans

Nope. It’s just that you are a little lying B……. Baby.

It did not say “limited” anywhere that’s what you added your self. Again for every one to reconfirm by listening to it themselves and Not to this little lying B….. baby. See below along with the video clip to verify yourself:

Penny finally dropping with these clowns
The video is quite old, a good few years, around the time of the China India tensions

Notice that dutt gave the speaker a good amount of time to talk and a sympathetic smile ever so slightly broke out on her face as he struggled to hide his exasperation

These Indian news anchors seem to know exactly what they are doing

I do not think it is the leadership as in elected leader's problem. It is a systemic issue. India has an a political setup which does not allow its leaders to operate in a non election mode. They can never focus on strategic issues unless it becomes too big to ignore.

Also, Indian bureaucracy is extremely risk averse. And by risk averse I mainly mean stingy. Indian forces leadership is rewarded for under utilizing its budget.

Indian defence development never run two programs together. Unlike China. They rejected ADA's request to allow them to start AMCA while Tejas FOC was not done. HAL did not expand its production lines or acquired critical components while Tejas was under FOC trials.

These are all hallmarks of leaders and system which is never comfortable in its shoes.

I do not think so anything like that is coming. Its now more than 2 weeks and nothing has shown up. Counter evidence is however available. This is a complete false hope for Pakistan that some secret hidden evidence will show up.
