You had 4 guys each representing military branch. Otherwise there would be just 1 guy speaking for all branches.

No, he was speaking on behalf of IAF, in the same conference IN and IA had theor own people, every detail he talked of was IAF related, but when it came only to losses then suddenly he speaks on behalf of everyone?

Obviously, it was a joint mission. All knew the inns and out. Likely part of planning and execution. Didn't Pakistan copy the style? it was not the same for daily briefing.
