No that happened in February 2000 and is known as "Linjot incident".
That particular day Indian army infiltrated a village in Kotli Azad Kashmir at night and killed 18 civilians in cold blood, including many children, mostly by slaughtering and slitting their throats.
Incident was the most brutal and horrific in recent history and sent shock waves through national community.
It was avenged to some extent by Ilyas Kashmiri and his companions who killed the main culprits within 48 hours.
I am attaching a couple of pictures including the Graves of all 18 martyred civilians.

Even missiles get 50-100meter away from target means it didnt achive it's purpose.

Even if missile hit the base doesn't mean it hit the target. So accuracy of missle count... Even if missile hit by AD can shift its exact target as well.

Example Indian missile landed on runway were not the target but air defenses and aircraft were.

As an independent country, you should talk about what Pakistan will do to respond to that situation rather than some 3rd country doing some favour.. there are certain utility that China has for Pakistan but over estimating that can be a real problem
