Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

Yes, the likely first step of the next war. Hard for Pakistan to not take the damage but only way to deter that would be Pakistan's own massive deployments of missiles targeting Indian cities and military infra, if Pakistan can get those missiles in time.
Why did the Pakistani military not think about this for the past 20-25 years?

Post-conflict is good to discuss the conflict as a whole and is quite cluttered, I think that separate thread would be better to discuss specifically about our air defence (given the BrahMos strikes) and also discuss ways to penetrate India's for counter strikes. IMO they serve different purposes and the latter discussion is very important.

Done. But I feel it carries the convo across too many threads.

Bakwas,

Why you are promoting Indian bakwas here even Indian armed forces did not dare to claim that nonsense.
Sir jee, masumana sawal - post end tzk parh laytay - i know i know -- you busy! at the front.

Information war is on! i am sorry you heard it from me

The missile exchange was not even - India successfully penetrated Pakistan’s AD with the Brahmos showing near impunity save for reduced accuracy due to GNSS spoofing.

The entire focus was to ground PAF and while the initial strikes caused limited to no operational impact at most PAF bases hit - it shows that your AD infra especially shorads are hollow.

Then comes what you did - a lot of your strikes which were not shot down by very effective Indian AD did similar non-critical damage to Indian bases but unlike Indians you don’t even have proof to back those up.

In the end - India may have “lost” a tactical battle in the air and it’s impact was absent IAF in terms of contesting Pakistan’s air space - but their offensive SSM and Stand off capability was undeterred while your leadership kept holding and vacillating between pressures from GCC and US.

They caused more “on ground” damage to your air bases than you to them.

Your claim is that besides the fighters you took out the cheese board radar - which is possible but it is also as likely that after defeating the CM-400 they decided to withdraw the S-400 system to a dispersal site since its position was compromised.
That is technically a temporary “win” in a conflict but not a permanent victory.

Perhaps the true silent victory was that of the PN - it deterred submarine incursions while forcing P-8I patrols against your lone sub towards east and keeping their fleet at arms length with the threat of A2/AD.

Or that of troops in LoC who went all in and did not flinch at initial heavy IA power and proved more battle hardened than any of the Indian troops.
AD was certainly lacking, and that below the belt Bholari strike was embarrassing. I am sure the AD can be bolstered and PAF and PA will notch it up. I think India will go the way of SSMs rather than IAF in future, so Pakistan definitely needs a massive AD upgradation.

Pakistan's miscalculation of Indian SSMs was as bad a IAF's assessment that sending in a strike package to "hit terrorist targets only" will not draw an all out PAF response. Both sides wanted to keep limited war, and but in fact, it was an actual war, just limited to 4 days. PAF should have drawn more blood when it had the chance. Indian response would have been the same, they attack your airbases whether you shoot down 5 of their jets or 10 or 20

All quiet so far i.e. no info. Which means the news on the jets going down is true. My guess is they will try to spin three of them as malfunctions due to sheer embarrassment.

I am expecting a surge of maintenance related crashes and training crashes, maybe some over the sea so that issue over wreckage’s location are not an issue that they need to solve for. Maybe an accidental hanger fire aswell.

Pakistan had taken a theka of showing restraint in this war

They wasted a lot of opportunities to comprehensively defeat indians for good

Even took four f*cking days to respond and that too even after when India bombed Pakistani airbases

Haha. You can sense the creativity coming out.

Not directly accepting the loss under cover of ‘fog of war’ but going to ‘learn’ everything possible from what happened🤣Really, what you gotto learn if Ra-fail is still unbeaten😂

I noticed it's not flying at this year's RIAT lol. :D

When everyone including your “ikhwan” are calling you with a combination of threats and promises of “bakhsheesh” if you let it go right after you show them dead children - and you have a country led by a then “unestablished” leader with a clerk as his frontman - then you take your time to decide.
