Pakistan can.....but won't.....couldn't or wouldn't ?.......Restraint ?
If Pakistan's brothers are stopping it from reacting and forcing / stressing to just get bullied all the time / every time, then what is stopping Pakistan from standing on it's feet ?
Except the Oil / natural resources rich countries,
Even China, without a democracy, has civilians at the top, leading the country.
Without a strong economy, strings will alway be pulled by someone, whether it's the western nations, your Muslim ummah / brothers, or could be your all time ally ?
You never know what the future holds for you.
The more Restraint you show, the more certain it is that bigger adversary will come back sooner and more harder to restore its injured reputation / ego.
Respecting the rules based global order has favoured Pakistan ?
Common thing between our adversary and rogue militant groups is that, all of them try to attack on important religious days / Eid / Ramzan days of Muslims, when the Muslims least expect an attack.
How much more important is Simla Agreement?
An Agreement that you signed so that the larger adversary always bullies you into submission and run you dry,.... eventually ?
As the rules based order is changing globally, such treaties hold little value, specially when the world is more focused on Russia- Ukraine war, the upcoming China - Taiwan episode in 2027 and if our western neighbouring muslim countries fall, Pakistan is next ?
So what are we waiting for ?
Always a reactionary force attack / retaliate ?
Or
will we be doing ourselves a favour, enter the disputed territories and once and for all, take control of our sources of water, on the ground physically ?
Did 200 km + Air superiority secure our water resources / rivers ?
The sooner the better, the technological edge is not going to last long as our adversaries 10 times more deep pockets, will surely fill the gaps, sooner than later.
If Muslims, who have a history of not getting along and fight wars with each other in the last 1400 years , don't expect your non- Muslim adversary to respect you or your treaties, that too without a third party / umpire. It's a piece of paper after all.
If you know that the bigger enemy is going to strike first and strike again and repeat this, tactics again amd again, then you know what you must do ?
