LMAO This is retarded. How the f will India get 36 MAF when all they have is 1-2 MAF of water in these points of Jhelum and Chenab? What next, get 80 MAF from Indus when 90% of indus water come from with in Pakistan.

They can take out the Ganges, as major tributaries come from Tibet, the Sutlej is completely reliant on melt flow from Tibet and the Brahmaputra river you mentioned need flow due to the incontinency of monsoon rains.

Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Maldives.
Bhutan is less of a country, and more of a state of India at this point, as India directly controls it's foreign affairs.
