Indian military and political leadership often dismisses Pakistan’s nuclear weapons as a bluff. I’m not sure whether they genuinely doubt Pakistan even has them, or if they believe those weapons can be neutralized in a war with India.

Looks like Bharat wants to break the Pak-China strategic relationship by offering to surrender Ladakh, AP etc. It implies how serious the Hindutva is about going to a "Final & Total War" with Pakistan. The KUDRET and KADR is aligning the Pak folks for another round of "Now or never" with an all out "Direct action" like the way it was in 1946-47....
