Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

I never attacked anyone personally but rather just offered a brief reply on equal footing.

If there is good news from Pakistan then am sorry to inform you theres a whole backlog of bad news as well.

Read both pages.

Bad news is covered off here, very often, I will take the good with the bad.

Have a good day and try and enjoy it if possible.

This leaves modi no choice but to try a rematch

If trump is saying it is 5 then the ACTUAL number of indian fighter jets shot down is actually higher than the stated 5. What many here don't realise is that trump is actually covering for his indian allies.

Within 24-hours, both The Economist & Donald J. Trump have said Five (5) Indian fighter jets have been shot down.

Reality not giving India any room to cope 🤣

Yeah, and the best thing is Alan Warnes with his inside story and 2 week visit to Pakistan has yet to publish his reports.

Cope will get harder and harder for them

Nope, not at all, few facts you may want to get right before you libel the guy

1) He never accepts any money from any government
2) He has repeatedly questioned some PAF claims including SU-30 kill in 2019
3) He has worked globally for over 30 years in aviation media, including covering off IAF
4) As well as AFM/Keypublishing he has worked for Flight Global and contributed to major news outlets

So yeah, nice attempt on a hit job that basically backfires by showing your ignrance about one of the most respected aviation journos in the world.

Appeal to authority can work both ways. Why can I not find him being cited for his military expertise by any large newspaper? His X feed is almost exclusively about Pakistan. Nothing wrong with having a speciality, but specialists usually have standing outside of the country they cover and are the "go to guys" for other journals and media.

And I never claimed the Pakistani government gives him money, I said they give him insider access available to very few people. This is actually a something the Pakistani government did with travel vloggers too. This insider access basically gives them a leg up in the free market of journalism, and there is a tacit understanding that if they wish to keep this access, they must put a certain spin on stories.

He also reported on the Su-30 kill in 2019 without a hint of skepticism, then too, he was directly quoting PAF officials.

The level of internet access in India due to cheap internet data, and the level of mobile camera access because of cheap Chinese smartphones is pretty high. It's pretty much impossible for a plane to have come down somewhere and for it not to have been documented by some villagers who then post on social media, as was the case of the Rafale in Punjab, and the other 3 jets.

Within 24-hours, both The Economist & Donald J. Trump have said Five (5) Indian fighter jets have been shot down.
The Economist article also says the Rafale had two pilots on board who both ejected...

And Trump, the less said about him the better, but maybe he really will get the Nobel Peace Prize for stopping the nuclear war which resulted in 4 5 6 7 Indian jets being shot down!

Again, he implied his income stream relies on access to PAF, it blatently does not, unless Keypublishing are an arm of DGPAF you comment is wrong, plain and simple, but appreciate you desperately back peddling after you have libled the guy (thank God he is not reading this or his lawyers are not)

Wrong again on xcrash locations. Many part of Northern Kashmir where battles were taking place are inhsoitable and unreachable, that is GCSE level geography.

IAF took around 50 years finding a crash site. of a AN-32

Nice attempt but 2 out of 10 here. Better luck next time

I never thought I'd see the day when ISPR use Christine Fair for their side of the argument ...what a crazy world we live in lol :)

I didn't backpedal at all, you can try and find a quote in my original comment where I said he is paid by the PAF, because I didn't. Merely that he is given a level of access to the PAF and it's infrastructure that he doesn't get from other air forces at all.

And the more I read about this guy, the more it's obvious that he simply reports what his contacts in the PAF are saying and only a while later does he decided to add caveats based on critical thinking. You are right, he questioned the PAF claim of the Su-30 in 2019...after he reported it's downing as "confirmed" much in the same way as he has "confirmed" the downing of 4 Rafales after speaking to a PAF source.

Yes, he stopped the Ukraine war in 24 hours like promised. Now give him his Nobel prize!

And not just the Peace Prize, but also the one for Physics, Medicine, Chemistry and literature

You have back peddled, also Libel laws are pretty strong in this country, his lawyers wanted to access your IP and send you a legal notice they could get a court order for defamation, which this website would have to comply with, so before you hurl around unproven allegations you may want to think about deleting the bit where yiou implied his income was depednent on access to the PAF.

As new evidence comes to light reports change, I guess that is hard for you to accept, as in this case more evidence coming to light is revealing more IAF losses.

Choose to belive him or not, much of the defence aviation world trusts him and not "AlphaOmega, Jul 17 2025 8 Posts" on PDF. Tragically....
