We do agree on occasion it would seem.

Nevertheless, despite the risk of an attack soon being rather low, there is no harm for Pakistan to "war game" and be considering various scenarios as are being discussed on this thread. Even if no attack is imminent, then the same strategies will be useful a year or two down the line, when I feel an attack is much more probable.

There is plenty to be done for Pakistan even without an imminent Indian assault. And under FM Munir, it will be done.

I disagree India is posturing. "India" ( however you define it) has been fighting a generational 1300 year war ever since it lost the 2nd Battle of Tarain (1192 CE).

I think they will try and sieze desert this time.

Politically speaking, they can only, possibly try to go for Sir Creek (Maritime Border region only) or AJK, as those are the only two internationally disputed regions. Any escalation beyond these or a long term war will be a politically / militarily / internationally, a suicide for Modi.

Second thing, they can quickly rush into some empty areas very temporarily and then vacate when they see a harsh response coming, then tell their people that they captured areas as 'warning' to Pakistan and will forever beat drums on how they took over Pakistani territory (which can only happen in Sir Creek, not AJK at all). The statements of their high bras already point to this possibility (we will give a warning to Pakistan that will make it afraid for its future, etc, etc, etc). Of course a great counter would be for Pakistan to run into one of their areas as well, which is why they are probably so nervous to take a move.

Whether they do much or not or do nothing at all, or get their own areas captured in response, their Media will spin it into a grand win for their people anyway. Seeing May 2025, their Media will probably have a ready made script given to them and that will be their main war.

Yes and that is why they are probably so nervous to move. They have bigger stakes here.

• Pakistan counter-capturing areas will be a political disaster for Modi.
• A Pakistani rocket force of Tactical-Nuke taking out their forces inside Pakistani territory will be a political and international disaster for Modi.
• War escalating and Pakistan starting to hit their economic interests will decimate India's FDI and Economy, everyone will take out their businesses.

Media is where their war will be fought and won. Any action, even if a total failure or totally pointless or lacking or if mocked internationally or in Pakistan, will be passed off as a huge win in Indian Media. Just lie May, a nonexistent win will be celebrated, elections will be won, done and out.

I agree, should have taken advantage, when they grounded their airforce, PAF should have struck all major IAF bases with massive firepower.

For Bihar election only they will take huge risk.....it is matter of supremacy in the region ...it can only be restored after wining a war with Pak

Agree - this seems to have been a mistake, but we have the power of hindsight.

If this happens again, PAF must not show any restraint or mercy.

Agreed blodying their noses was not enough. The jets themselves were never the biggest concern for PAF. I believe we shouldve comprehensively targeted their brahsmos launchers and storage sites to send a clearer message that when we retaliate we will target their means of retaliatory warfare with excessive force

What Indian Govt has done is massive Subsidies for poor . Basically They have Given free education, Healthcare,Ration.Insurance.Old age pension for Poor to lift them.Most Schemes are women centric .Most States give yearly one lumpsum amount to women.Free Meals at school to Encourage Education and so on.As Revenue grows they are afford it.
