A balance has to be kept on escalation. You do not want to outright start a large conflict and then find out that India wanted a small media war like 2016, 2019 or May 2025.
On the other hand, IF India does want a large scale conflict then we would also not want to risk it and Pakistan would not wait for India to get an upper hand, our services would know it and we will 100% see a preemptive Pakistani response for sure.
All in all, our army knows hot to handle them, it has been proven every time.
I feel we are falling for the trap again letting them build up and launch attacks and showing a restrained response. Pakistan must prepare for preemptive strikes into india and target strategic objectives like leadership and millitary research/development complexes to dissuade them from further misadventures
I think our May'25 RoE should remain consistent - India has first shot in a duel like fire off SCALP or Brahmos or whatever it was.
We are now precepived to be the dominant force vis a vis India, and their wounded national pride hurts bad - it breaks their paradigm that, "Indians can bully Pakistanis, due to Indian scales" and the paradigm for all Pakistani (in or out of country) that, we can be bullied... / Sugar Daddy states (US, China, Russia, KSA) can pay us to play a role in their Greate Game -> thats okay.
Pakistan cannot achive scales of China, US, India on Pop, market and Resources -> our Powers that be remains in niche scopes -> think TSMC not TATA
