for starters, just build dams on the land which is under your control.

Indus or Pakistan isn't drying. You are wasting the water into Arabian sea.

Some water should go into the Arabian Sea as nature intended it to be. Everyone knows that. I dont have to explain why that's important.

Right, India is indeed much more green than Pakistan and still India talks about cutting water to Pakistan? I know Pakistan should use the water it gets more efficiently but why the Green India can't manage the abundant water it gets? So there is inefficiency and extremely high population on BOTH SIDES. Address those instead of creating conditions which may end up in a nuclear war of annihilation for untold millions. And until those are addressed, let's stick with the Indus Water Treaty, shall we??!!

2 tunnels like the one's built for neelum jehlum on chitral river and then they can jump off the edge of the dam.... Moreover, any lar o bar lovey dovey would also end so let them build it.
