Yes he is. Because he is a humble man.

There is also the problem that you can't shove the King in the back in the cheap jump-seats. He has to be in the front. And if some Corporal-Driver is driving, 5-Star would have to lean forward and whisper in the King's ear from the back.. which would be awkward and a little creepy.
