A key Pakistan Navy task group, comprising the AIP-equipped submarine PNS Hangor, the air-defence frigate PNS Taimur & the guided-missile frigate PNS Aslat, arrived in Colombo yesterday.

The deployment is noteworthy as Colombo lies less than 130 nautical miles from Indian territorial waters.
