Pakistan never discloses new systems unless they are fully integrated into everything else.

Possibly thats the reason. May be a surprise awaiting next year 23rd march parade or 2028 Pakistan's day parade.

If you don't mind me asking, was Fatah 3 also fully indigenous and was based on HD-1? Since it's reveal, there has been a lot of controversy about it being license produced and locally assembled.
Being honest, I really want the F3 to be fully local rather then being an assembled product.
