As far as remember those were approved but never delivered .... This was the reason we opted for Chinese gun boats
Those were the 6 new built ones under FMF. We did get 2 island class cutters.

Can we face this firepower with our current/future fleet of our Navy?, they are doing alot of projecting of their navy and giving threats to Pak. They are itching for new conflict "sindoor 2.0" and saying indian navy will lead the next operation. Considering some CM slipped through from our defenses, these ships packs good ammo of Brahmos.

Our navy? No not right but in 5-6 years but our fighters should be able to keep them at bay

Yea though so,
But i don't think so in 5-6 years our navy would do much in firepower, indians didn't stopped their production also they have next-gen platforms in development

The Submarine fleet will be our main naval strength we should have the edge there in 5 years

Wishful thinking.

The core of PN's defense rests on A2/AD systems and the submarine fleet.
Except for right now most of your sub fleet is either in retrofit or being manufactured on paper.

The A2/AD has its hopes and dreams resting on ensuring air cover prevents strikes and that India is not able to get real time targeting information all the time. Your lions share of budget goes to so much non procurement related expenses in the Army of which so much is lost to inefficiency and corruption that you have little left over for the truly high ticket items that are needed to make a Navy or Air Force.

The result is you have an overbloated land army that for the most part will never be utilized to even 40% in an actual land war while the most utilized assets within the PAF and PN will be gobbled up in any large scale attrition conflict.
If you are assuming your 7-0 jets will "take care of it" - you are living in a pipe dream.

Your best bet is to hope that whatever coordination functions and plans set up between PN and PAF work out exactly as planned and A2/AD assets ensure that the dozens of IAF ships with hundreds of Brahmos simply are too afraid of taking losses at the hands of the plentiful land based and some ship based CMs and Quasi Ballistic systems - so that their plans falter while you can get a sub or two through and sink a morale linked asset like their carrier.

Don't you think Airforce will carry out Antiship missiles as well? We got a whole squadron of JF17s for this role at Masroor

PN SHIP YARMOOK SEIZES NARCOTICS WORTH 972 MILLION USD

Pakistan Navy Ship YARMOOK, while operating under the Saudi-led Combined Task Force 150 (CTF-150) of the Combined Maritime Forces (CMF), successfully executed a major counter-narcotics operation in the North Arabian Sea, resulting in the seizure of narcotics valued at approximately USD 972 million.

This remarkable achievement highlights Pakistan Navy’s unwavering commitment to regional maritime security, global peace, and the collective fight against illicit trafficking at sea.

Operating as part of the multinational CTF-150 which focuses on ensuring maritime stability and deterring terrorism and illegal activities across the high seas, the successful operation by PNS YARMOOK reaffirms Pakistan’s active role as a responsible maritime partner contributing to peace and security in the wider Indian Ocean Region.

Upon execution of successful antinarcotic operation, Chief of the Naval Staff, Admiral Naveed Ashraf commended the crew of PNS YARMOOK for their professionalism and dedication. He emphasized that Pakistan Navy remains steadfast in its mission to safeguard national maritime interests while contributing to the global commons through cooperation and coordinated maritime security efforts. The Naval Chief underscored that PNS YARMOOK’s operation under Saudi led task force will further enhance the interoperability between the two navies and strengthen defence collaboration between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
