Most of our new ships don't ASHMs equipped yet so I would wager they have been waiting for the SMASH

Or they were testing something that can't be disclosed just yet they have done similar tests in the past.

I suspect these previous notams were testing Harbah or SMASH aboard Babur and Yarmooks which would be why they hadnt been seen with AShM. They haven't yet been certified.
