Looks lie the PN is going the Turkish way. I won't be surprised if Pakistan joins the Turkish MIL-DEN (national submarine) project, which has already developed the most critical mid-section (with indigenous sub-class metals) to install indigenous vertical launchers. And, they're working on mini nuclear reactors......

The Turkish naval industries gained experience from locally manufacturing the German AIP subs with tons of indigenous sub-systems...

Whoever wins the SWATS program, will probably be a partner on the original SSK program. So STM vs Fincantieri.

Somehow I feel [heart] it will be Fincantieri but my mind [logical] tells me it will be STM as it make more sense

its probably STM. PN was very happy with their work for a90B and the first STM500 is due to be delivered to the customer within the next year.

It is interesting that Turkieye as learnt more lessons from its submarine building programme that allows it design its own, than Pakistan has? Why is that ?

You have to keep at it. Pakistan learned a lot from the Agosta 90 program, where the last submarine was assembled in Karachi. But then Pakistan did not pursue any further submarines for 20 plus years, and as a consequence all the learning was lost.
