The following is the most practical choice...
PN ought to concentrate on Chinese SSKs that are still in development, like South Korean SSKs in that they are built on the 039C (4k tonnes) class design with VLS. There are unsubstantiated rumours that the Chinese are developing mini reactor of this type.
It would be ideal if PN went that approach & 6-8 such AIP-SSKs (N) with VLS would extensively enhance PN capabilities & refrain from having to make significant investments in SSNs to counter IN's SSN threat.
Further, Hangor's fleet will complement this type and supported by a well-established Chinese industrial setup and mature design.

Bro, Considering that we are still using Alouette-III helicopters, I don't think we will see any replacements. Instead, they will receive new systems such you highlighted to be aligned with the modern fleet.
And with our growing fleet, yes we're going to see some of the following..

- AW-159 Wildcat

PN surface fleet is not big so instead throwing away the type 21 willy nilly they should be mouth balled n saved for that rainy day or better yet given to coast guards, where they could do the job at the same serve as the 2nd/3rd teir of PN defensive assets.

Type21s are over 50 yrs old. British phased out those 30 years ago. These ones had maintenance issues and over-crowded vessels. They would have provided no value at all even to PMSA. Pak's coast guard is under Army and has no capacity to run large platforms. Maintenance would have been very high. PN sunk rest of the 5 type 21s by hitting them in war exercises as target practice. The old vessels such as these provide unique opportunity to test your arsenal and its impact. I think PN mostly tested out C802s and in some cases the Harpoons. No old ship left to test CM302.

- 4 - F22Ps FFGs
- 4 - Milgem OPVs
- 4 - Damen OPVs
- 8 - Jinnah FFGs
