its just an empty hull with a stealthy design....the guns were capable but they rounds were more then a million dollar in cost each....90 percent of these were cancelled and some(which were made ) only for testing future systems

Karachi Sea can be saved , and made proper for Wild life if Sewage is not dumped into ocean , without cleanup it you will only get nasty black tar on beaches as it happens on Karachi beach and fish will be hazardous to health (toxic)
One of worse beaches of world is Karachi beach with nasty black sludge. Abnormal sea color
You can tell difference in Gwadar blue Waters and Nasty black sewage water in Karachi beach
Sewage plant also produce fertilizers used in farming which could be distributed free to farmers or with small margin of profit, which can boost farming productivity and Yeild
One of Key eye opener for most people when they visit Gwadar is the Blue Clean waters , because human activity is low in area

also the port are and harbor are also very polluted,compared to western ports its way way dirtier
