It is comparable to what Israel did to Iran, what Pakistan did to India.

Pakistan took out S400s and their jets. India fired a few missiles in the hope of striking something important just like Iran.

How are they even remotely comparable? We shot down at least 4 of the attacking aircraft and did hit back even if it was more of a tap. Even a token retaliation is far better than doing nothing.

What else does a “Strategic Mutual Defense Agreement” mean if not a binding pact? The joint statement itself spells it out: “any aggression against either country shall be considered an aggression against both.” There is no other definition. Saudi Arabia chooses its words very carefully, and they would not use such explicit language unless something concrete was agreed in the background.

We have already seen signs of this shift: for the first time in along while, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE issued a joint condemnation after the recent TTP terrorist attack in Pakistan. Some thing has been cooking for a while now, add that to FM, Nawaz tour to U.K and U.S , their upcoming meeting with Trump at UN General Assembly. Their were signs

unfortunately there is no evidence of an s400 hit, but what there is evidence of is that india can effectively strike at our assets on the ground with near impunity-2000 brahmos stockpile is pretty significant.

Alhamdulilah so Pakistan is now formal defender of
Pakistan can benefit through:-
- funding of R&D projects
- Sale of jointly produced weapon systems (mutual)
- Naval bases outside the Arabian sea
- exposure to latest western tech necessary for both training & self development
Saudi Arabia can benefit:-
- large and ever increasing human resource capital
- scientists and skilled workers for their growing military industrial complex ( UAE based companies might take the boat as Israeli meddling their would mean compromises )
- on hands experience for their personnel and not the lovey dovey way we treat the ones we have now
- Familiarity with Eastern tech and development of better platform interoperability.

Pakistan is a massive country, same as India and both can hit each other with missiles. I don't think it be possible to stop them except maybe on our airbases with good AD systems. What Pakistan can do is hit India harder and this is what we did.

Its non binding so that the Saudis don't have to do any "Mutual defense" But it is binding to Pakistan because of the Ummah Chumma crowd and Saudi money that will probably be part of the deal

Looks like Saudis are worried given that all their defence eggs are in the US / Wests basket & they just saw how that worked out for Qatar.
They’re also well aware of what Pakistan with comparatively ridiculous resources did to India when it tried something from Israel’s play book.
Especially with the FMarshal present, Pakistan will have assured them that it can help develop & maintain a reliable defence against any adventurism, in return for the mutual defence pact & suitable finance. Explains the urgent invite and F-15 reception. Very good move for both countries.

If i was FM COAS i would have asked MBS to allow pak expand it's nuclear facilities and ballistic missile tech on the soil of KSA to protect holy places from Israel aggression and giving pak a solid response base from KSA soil.

here's the reality:
every pakistani leader seems to be a mental and physical midget with an IQ of -10. They're all corrupt, immoral, traitors. None of them work for the people, they all only pad their fat personal bank accounts which are in the west (UK, Europe, US, Can)

Your assesment or conjecture is based on what exactly ?
People forget history, it was your saudis that bank rolled our entire nuclear program.. After Pakistan’s 1998 nuclear tests, when sanctions cut off Western aid, KSA stepped in with financial support and energy supplies, kept us from literally bankrupting ourselves multiple times. Even to this day, we rely on their oil on deferred payments and their money in our foreign reserves.

Not before we have a stable deterrent against Israel present beforehand...
- Eastern/Desi Air Defense Umbrella
- two airbases one near Yemen border and the other near Jordan.. J10Cs near Jordan and JF-17s in the back... 2 refuelers and ideally 3 awacs
&
- at least one Naval base
Then we can start moving in the mini suns.
