Pakistan-Saudi Arabia mutual defense pact: News & Discussion

In this it may have benefits especially if you cannot provide the middle class any opportunities at home - except you need to fix your labor class reputation of being identified primarily with crime in the Kingdom.
I have recently visited Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Umrah and saw my with own eyes how bad our Pakistani diaspora is treated there. And we’re rejoicing for "more" of this national humiliation? 🙄

Beggars cannot be choosers.
Even in this state of humiliation the educated middle class has a better future than in any scenario for Pakistan.
Pakistan is only built for property dealers and their servants - everyone else is just trying to survive against all odds.

Double it to 1 million a year mean in 5 years remittance from Saudi Arabia will also double. Win win

There are also talks of discounted oil. And other investment in Pakistan, maybe oil complex may become a reality this time.

Yeah remittance expected to reach at least $17B+ from KSA alone.

Completely overstated and exaggerated. Hard to take people like you seriously. I’ve traveled to ME many times.

Until Pakistan creates durable peace in their country and western companies flood in to set up offices and factories to provide jobs and Pakistanis grow their businesses into multinational corporations creating millions of jobs then this is the only option. As @Oscar said beggars can't be choosers.

The educated middle class has NO future in the Kingdom because they can’t own anything there. Everything is owned by a Zimmi under their inhumane and unjust Iqama system…

nahi yaar its messiah khan everything he does is right
Nah. The only one doing everything right in Pakistan is Hazrat Asim Muneer. Everyone who disagrees with him is obviously a traitor of the worst order…

Did I say Gulf? I specifically said Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

What? So why have more multinationals left Pakistan in Hazrat Asim Muneer’s peaceful era than any other time in country’s history?

It assumes there is a unified representation. Pakistani labor has a very different experience than Pakistani doctors or engineers or other professionals.
It is still bad when you encounter bad or entitled people but the current crop of young saudis are far more respectful and intelligent than their previous generations

Wrong - they can now own and buy land and houses. Clearly you haven’t been to KSA recently or are aware of anything to talk from a position of knowledge.

What kind of jobs ? Now you need training and competence the days of construction labor jobs are few.
