Tremendous batting from Farhan and Jahandad has helped Lahore Qalandars put up a decent total on this pitch. Jahandad was striking at 265, breathing confidence and audacity throughout his stay at the crease. Hosein, with figures of 2/17, was at his best with his cunning spinning methods and Hasnain, who leaked plenty in his spell, did manage to get two wickets, while Mohammad Amir was economical with his bag of tricks, returning 1/33. Quetta did reasonably well to peg Qalandars back but couldn't sustain the momentum throughout the innings with the ball. I'll be back shortly with the chase
Faisal Jaan: "Considering Amir's extensive experience in CPL and his ability to bowl in all conditions, he should be selected for the world T20 squad. At least he is much more economical than the likes of Haris Rauf and Hasan Ali. "
